INTERNAL SCREENS

How To Attach the Suckers

Push the sucker through from the silver side of the screen.
Attach the plastic ring from the grey side – just like threading a keyring.
Press the suckers firmly onto the window for a secure fit.

Fitting Information

The soft plastic suckers grip securely, provided the glass is clean and smooth. Avoid attaching them to dirty or heated glass surfaces.
Some aftermarket windscreens with extended black dot patterns around the rear-view mirror may affect adherence.
For front window screens, fold down the sun visors to keep the top of the screens neatly in place and reduce light coming in around the edges.

EXTERNAL SCREENS

How to Fit: (There's a specific technique!)

Gently lift the wipers and position the screen on the external front window, ensuring the correct orientation.
Begin by unrolling the screen and wrapping it around towards the passenger cab door. Pull it over the wing mirror and towards the top outer corner of the cab door.
Partially open the door to hook the corner of the screen over the door frame. Once secure, close the door as usual and push in the wing mirror to hold the screen firmly in place.
Proceed to unroll the screen towards the driver's door. You will only be able to open the door an inch or so at the very most to be able to hook the corner of the screen over the door frame. If you open the door too wide, then you will not be able to secure the screen over the frame. (Be careful not to tear the screen when hooking over the doors!).
Once in position, push the wing mirror in and lower the wipers to secure the screen.
Secure any screen tags over the wing mirrors and wipers to secure the screen firmly in place.

Care & Maintenance

To prevent mould, always ensure your silver screens are fully dry before storing them. Like a tent, if packed away damp, they can quickly develop mould.

Once mould starts growing, it can be tough to remove. If you spot any, we advise scrubbing the affected areas with a soft brush and an anti-mould spray to help clean it off.
